Highland Stud Sires

Within our breeding program we aim for structurally sound animals with plenty of traditional Highland character. Our Highlands are grass fed and well cared for to produce slow grown meat that is low in fat and high in flavour.

We sell animals to landholders around the country looking for that unique animal to have on their property. We also sell limited quantities of this rare beef to locals when available.
